If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unused items can be returned for a size exchange, store credit or refund within 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods. The return at a cost of only €10.00 is always paid by the customer with an increase of €.... in the event that the order is less than €.... To request return authorization, it is necessary to send a written communication to Maiorana Group srl at the e-mail address [email protected] indicating: the name, surname, order number for which you intend to exercise the right of return and any motivation and type of compensation desired.

Once the communication has been received, Maiorana Group srl will send a confirmation via e-mail, containing the Return Authorization Number, the courier and the instructions to be followed to return the goods.

If the return is sent using a different courier, all costs will be borne by the customer.

There are 3 types of compensation available:
1. Size exchange: It is possible to exchange only for a different size or a different color of the same item, if available. The new item requested can be returned following the same procedure, in this case the shipping of the new item is at the customer's expense. The replacement item will be set aside only when the return is delivered to the courier.
2. Store Credit: As soon as the return is received and processed, a code for the total value of the returned items will be sent to the customer, to be used for subsequent purchases. The Store Credit: can only be used once within 3 months from the time of return, cannot be combined with other Store Credits, must be used entirely in an order of equal or greater value
3. Refund: The refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at the Maiorana Group Srl warehouses and the items have been checked. For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in approximately 10 days. The timing may vary slightly based on the banking circuit of the credit card used. For orders paid by bank transfer the amount will be returned to the original account. The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. The return shipment must take place within 10 working days of receiving the order.

The return can only be requested if it corresponds to the following characteristics:

1. The security thread on the items being returned must not be cut or broken.
2. The items must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use.
3. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and have no marks of any kind.
4. Each item must be returned including all labels, packaging and original accessories (dustbags, hangers, coat covers, etc.) received with the order.
5. All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the only external packaging.
6. Returns must be sent inside the Maiorana box.
7. Shipping costs relating to the return are all borne by the customer. In the case of promotions with free returns, if a courier other than the one authorized by Maiorana is used, all costs will be borne by the customer.
8. In the event that the Customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by Maiorana, he is required to follow the same instructions given above. Maiorana reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and to bear the shipping costs for returning the goods to its premises.
9. Swimwear and underwear (bikinis, briefs, boxers, etc.) must be tried on over your personal underwear.
10. Returns of such items will be refused and returned to the Customer if the transparent hygienic protection label has been removed, or if the items show signs of use.
11. Returns authorized by Maiorana must be shipped from the same country in which the original order was delivered. Maiorana reserves the right not to accept returns sent with couriers other than the one indicated in the email with the return instructions if the delivery involves additional costs for Maiorana or requires collection from a branch of the courier itself. Maioran also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with all the conditions laid down. In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address. Any acceptance of such returns will in any case entail a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods. For all aspects not specifically expressed, the European legislation for distance trading applies.
