What is my account for?

The account is your personal customer area on the Maiorana Moda website. You can connect to your account using the email address and password registered when you created your account. Thanks to your personal account you will be able to:

How to create an account

Log in to our site by clicking here. In the "Create an Account" section, type your email address, your password, enter your personal data and click on "CREATE AN ACCOUNT". At this point you will have a customer account and will be able to access your reserved area.

 

I would like to change the email address of my customer account

To change the email address linked to your customer account, follow this procedure: Log in to your customer account with your email address and password. How to get a quote?

To request information on prices, you must complete the following form. (LINK to the Quote Form) You will receive your quote via email within 48 working hours. We suggest you consult your email inboxes and spam (junk mail) to view our best offer.

 

What are the payment methods?

Maiorana Moda offers you the possibility of making your purchases using the payment method you prefer. We offer 6 modes:

- Credit card

- Paypal

- Apple Pay

- Android Pay

- Bank transfer

Credit Card is one of the fastest ways. Enter your bank details and confirm payment for the order and then confirm your shopping cart by clicking on "Confirm and pay". Some products in our catalog are suitable for payment in 3 installments at no cost. This option is only available for credit card payments and is clearly indicated in the product sheet. It is therefore not possible to benefit from this discount with another payment method. If you choose the "Bank Transfer" payment method, you will automatically be provided with our bank details and the reason to enter in the transfer. Confirm the order to complete the purchase to obtain the bank details. Remember that processing times for a bank transfer vary from 3 to 5 working days. We will ship the order within 48 working hours of receipt of bank payment. You will receive an order confirmation email and the tracking number to track your shipment. Where can I receive delivery and how much does it cost?

You can receive your products throughout Italy, including the smaller islands. Some shipping addresses may have higher costs, such as in some islands, but they will be indicated to you when calculating the order total. Remember that from 49 euros shipping is free. How to place an order?

Placing an order on our site, simple: First of all, choose the products. To get an idea you can browse the site from the products menu. Furthermore, by clicking on Products you will be able to see all the products in one screen and search for your favorite products using the filters on the left. You can also use the search bar on the top right. To add a product to your cart, click on the green “Add to Cart” button. On the product page you can choose the quantities of product to include in the cart. You can add several products by starting a new search or increasing the quantity of the same product in the cart. Once you have filled your cart, click on the cart icon at the top right and click on "Go to checkout". To complete the purchase you can log in to your account and complete the order with the default shipping, payment and billing settings. If you don't have an account, enter your credentials, email and personal information. You will be able to register the account once the purchase is completed. Once you have entered your address and selected your preferred shipping service, click Go to Payment. You will be directed to the summary page of your order with your product(s) and delivery times. Select the payment method and proceed with entering the required data. For certain products, payment in 3 interest-free installments is possible only if made by credit card. These possibilities will be offered to you during this phase. Once payment for your order has been posted, you will be directed to the order confirmation page. I made a bank transfer to pay for my order but the payment is still pending on my account

If you paid for the order by bank transfer, it is important to know that it takes 3 to 5 working days for bank transactions to be received. How can I track my package?

I made the payment by credit card but I don't see it in my account
